Hot Wax

Putting your gear away for the season? Storage wax will keep your base clean, hydrated, and protected during off season storage. In the spring, we hot scrap and apply storage wax to the base of the equipment. In the fall, get a hot wax for a great glide.

Fantastic preseason or pre-trip wax treatment for your gear. This service starts with a hot scrape cleaning of the base, and then conditions the base with base prep ski wax in the hot box. Pair with our Hot Wax using premium wax to give you a great glide.

Cross-country skiers use a grip wax (also called "kick wax") for classic-style waxable skis to provide traction with static friction on the snow that allows them to propel themselves forward on flats and up hills. It can be messy, but we're here for that.
